Exitosa apertura de La Rollerie Las Rozas

La localidad madrileña ha sido la elegida para el desembarco del nuevo local de La Rollerie. Desde su apertura el pasado mes de enero, la acogida por parte de los habitantes de Las Rozas ha sido muy superior a la que se podía esperar. El nuevo restaurante se encuentra ubicado cerca del Recinto Ferial y las visitas por parte de los clientes no cesa durante su amplio horario de apertura.

 

El restaurante de La Rollerie de Las Rozas, se encuentra situado en la Calle Castillo de Belmonte esquina con la Calle Castillo de Manzanares. Gracias a su excelente situación y a su fachada completamente acristalada le permite no sólo poder observar toda su superficie desde el exterior sino lo que es más importante, la entrada directa de luz natural. Esto le convierte en un local muy luminoso y agradable, en el que relajarse y disfrutar.

El devenir del día a día, en ocasiones nos hace no disfrutar el momento como deberíamos. Podemos no sentimos en nuestro mejor momento y nos encontramos irascibles sin ni siquiera saber por qué. Don’t worry, get hungry y en La Rollerie sabemos cómo solucionarlo. Le daremos la vuelta a un mal día ganándonos tu corazón como debe ser, “por el estómago”. No hay nada como un buen plato de comida acompañado de una charla distendida para solucionar muchos problemas.

Ya desde el primer momento en que pongas un pie en el interior del local su atmósfera te llevará a ese remanso de paz deseado. Aquel en el que sólo está permitido disfrutar de buena compañía y buena comida. No importa el momento del día, del desayuno a la cena encontrarás la opción perfecta para ti.

Nada más entrar, justo enfrente, presidiendo su pared de ladrillo, encontrarás unos espejos de marco blanco de los que brotan plantas de un verde intenso, produciendo una sensación mayor de amplitud y dándole un toque de frescor al ambiente. A la izquierda, por su parte, podrás ver uno de sus elementos más originales, un tamizador de espacios en cáñamo cuya función es servir de barrera visual para separar ambientes. Tras él, aparece su gran barra, acompañada de altos sillones en los que degustar una copa de vino o disfrutar de un original cóctel.

Las paredes del restaurante en ladrillo, azulejo verde y con enredaderas se acompañan con mobiliario en materiales naturales y asientos tapizados con originales y vistosos estampados. Del techo destacan sus plantas colgantes y sus originales lámparas de mimbre.

Para aquellos incondicionales de la marca, que se preguntan dónde encontrar el árbol ornamental que no falta en cada local, en esta ocasión se encuentra custodiando la entrada a los baños. Baños que, como siempre, no dejarán a nadie indiferente. En ellos todo está cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. La decoración habitual se complementa con un neón que te invita a sonreír frente al espejo y olvidar todo aquello que te preocupe.

Una carta amplia y variada durante todo el día

En este nuevo restaurante en Las Rozas, podrás probar la Carta de La Rollerie. Carta que se caracteriza por su cocina de autor inspirada en los sabores del mundo y en la tradición culinaria. Como siempre, cada propuesta se presenta tras meses de I+D+I realizada por expertos de la compañía que dedican toda su experiencia y conocimientos en servir lo mejor a la mesa. En su último lanzamiento, presentaron sabrosos y originales platos como el Ramen al estilo Rollerie, su Arroz meloso con pulpo y zamburiñas o el Canelón de confit de pato, entre otros.
